Exercise Library

The Exercise Library archives video demonstrations of hundreds of individual exercises. Use the search function or the preset categories to find exercises by name, body part, goal, equipment, areas of pain, movement style, duration, and difficulty level. The library is constantly growing. Content is based on your requests, which can include specific exercises, goals, and areas of interest. Pilates exercises include non-Pilates equipment options.

Guided Full Workouts

The guided full workout videos range from 10 to 60 minutes, and they are fundamental to advanced, relaxing to energizing. The videos can be conveniently practiced at home with minimal equipment. New workouts are added often and based on the needs of active/current subscribers. Send a video of you performing the exercises so I can check your form. Video recommendations are available when requested and after you complete the assessment form. Pilates workouts include non-Pilates equipment options.

30-90 Day Programs

30-90 day programs are offered by level (pre-beginner to advanced) and area of interest (general fitness, body part, weight loss, etc.). Most programs include a low-impact daily movement practice, consistency tools, pain management strategies, mindset exercises, habit cycling, and the ability to send me videos of you doing the exercises so that I can check your form and provide feedback.

Food Log & Macro Tracking

The food log and macro tracker are learning tools that help you meet weight loss and body composition goals, maximize nutrition, and improve overall health. By tracking your daily food intake, you’ll gain greater awareness of your eating habits, which can help you identify patterns related to overeating, energy levels, and nutritional deficiencies. This increased awareness supports mindful eating, better portion control, and balanced nutrition, helping you establish sustainable, healthy eating habits. Additionally, your food log provides valuable data for me, your nutrition coach, should you need a more tailored weight management plan, and/or someone to help you stay consistent and accountable.

Progress Tracking

Track progress in any metric you choose, ie, weight, body fat, weight lifting PR’s, workout streaks, body part measurements, photos, etc. Tracking your chosen metrics increases your likelihood of success by helping you identify patterns, make informed adjustments, and set realistic goals. The process of measuring your progress can also make your entire fitness journey more efficient by keeping you focused on what’s giving you the best results and preventing you from wasting time on strategies that aren’t giving you the results you want. Keep yourself accountable and celebrate your small wins by tracking.

Crush bad habits by building new healthy habits with habit tracking. Filling your life with healthy habits and self-awareness is essential for personal growth. Monitoring your behavior can help you recognize and break negative cycles, reinforce positive actions, and improve consistency while developing sustainable routines, which are essential for long-term well-being.
